Current Commercial Projects: Bloorview MacMillan Children's Centre: Subcontractor of Lockerbie & Hole Mechanical Contractors on this multi level high tech children’s hospital. This is a state of the art hospital facility being built by Ellis Don Construction very close to Sunnybrook Hospital. Bank of Montreal Computer Centre Barrie Ontario Subcontractor of Modern Niagara Mechanical Contractors and PCL Constructors on this project. This is a Design Assist GMP which means we have had some input in finalizing the building mechanical designs in order to meet the budgets and performance criteria required. This is a fast track project which will require expert coordination and management on site. The “GMP portion means that when the budgets were completed that we guaranteed the maximum price required to meet the desired scope of work. Mt. Sinai Hospital We continually do a lot of service, repairs & upgrades to the existing ventilation systems. Sure-Way Metal Products has worked very hard to maintain their status as one of the preferred sheet metal contractors at the hospital. We do a lot of the work at the hospital directly for Verdiroc Construction as a prime mechanical contractor as well as some of the work is done as a subcontractor of the mechanical contractors on site. Astra Zeneca Pharmaceutical. We recently completed the new lunch room, commercial kitchen and new employee amenities addition at the Mississauga facility. Since completing the first phase of the work we have secured an additional phase of work in the existing building. This portion of the work involves changing an existing warehouse area to a pharmaceutical level clean packaging facility. Osgoode Hall Law Society of Upper Canada Renovation This is a multi phased renovation of many of the different areas. This building has to remain in full operation while the work is being done. We are working as a subcontractor of Modern Niagara on this project. Scotia Plaza Equipment retrofits and upgrades We started working on the renovations at Scotia Plaza in the fall of 2004 during the time that the risers and expansion joints had to be upgraded. We have since secured two of the contracts upgrading the existing Air Handling Units. This is very labour intensive work and requires careful planning. It involves working around building schedules which cannot be interrupted. Centennial College – In House work. On the approved list of sheet metal contractors to complete upgrades, repairs and additions to the existing ventilation systems for over 15 years. Bell Canada – Nexacor Work Sure-Way Metal Products has been an approved sheet metal contractor for Bell Canada and Nexacor for over 20 years. The Bell projects range from small commercial office space revisions to power generation ventilation systems and to new construction facilities. Projects Recently Completed
