A modern 20,000
square foot building houses full shop and office facilities. Owned
by the company, the Sure-Way building is conveniently located in
Concord, Ontario central to two major highways.
With an emphasis on
efficiency and accuracy, Sure-Way office employees work in fully
computerized environments for estimating and office administration.
A full size board room is available for meetings and conferences.
A large working yard
accommodates loading and offloading to trucks of any size, including
tractor trailers. Sizeable outside storage is also available hemmed
in by a full security fence and gate.
The Sure-Way building
was designed to meet future needs too. Three thousand feet of
mezzanine serves as storage and space for engineering and
drafting support.
Large or small,
custom work or mass fabrication, our 20,000 square foot plant can
handle virtually any sheet metal industrial application. In fact,
fifty percent of the area is accessible by overhead crane for moving
materials, assisting in production, loading and offloading trucks of
any size.
Our full
range of equipment includes a computerized layout and plasma cutter,
full six station coil line, computerized welding facilities for mig,
tig and arc welding, 160 ton press brake, power roller and
ironworker.
